The booklet consists of a half-folded sheet bound with white string ending in a yellow tassel into a half-folded cover with a red illustration of a horse-drawn fire engine against a white and blue background on the front. The program of dances to be performed to the music of Schremser's Orchestra, as well as the list of committee members are contained within. The program was printed by Hunter and Schenren at 178 Brush Street.

The program of dances to be performed as well as the list of committee members are contained within. The program was printed by Watko and Dietz at 690 Gratiot Avenue.
