- The House of Mayors stands at 100 W. McKay Street at the corner of Saline Ann Arbor Street. The house was built in 1850 by Joe Bickford, clerk of Saline Village. First mayor to live in the house was Harvey Bennett. Gilmer Townsend followed.; In 1896, Townsend was again mayor. In 1935, Hush Keveling followed. In 1969 and then former mayor and current resident Hubert Beach in 1950.
