- Glenn DePagter, one of the original engineers who designed Grand Haven's Musical Fountain, recalls its planning and construction. The fountain, which opened as a tourist attraction in 1965, became the largest of its kind in the world. Glenn also gives a detailed description of Grand Haven's first hospital and remembers the influential Loutit family and their home, where his father Isaac worked as a maintenance man.
