Bottom has very sharp kick extending into vessel, & pontil mark. Ring base is applied, has short straight flaring sides. polishing marks run horizontally around body.

Horizontal polishing marks throughout.

Ring base (not applied, but part of original blown glass blob) flares out from bottom, with short rounded sides. Pontil mark. Two stress cracks, bubbling and crizzling throught.

- Brown clay with black stain around nozzle. Pear shaped lamp. Nozzle slopes up to wick hole. Plain rim. Sunk discus and channel to nozzle. Knob handle at back. Plain reverse. Original wick still in place in nozzle.
