- The Lansing Post Office became City Hall Annex in 1942. Located at West Michigan and Capitol avenues. On the street in front is a convertible car towing a small trailer. Originally part of the Carl Dalrymple Collection.

- A new Street Lighting Dept truck parked on the snowy drive in front of the City Water Works Building, 1101-05 Monroe NW. The side panel of the truck is marked City of Grand Rapids and Street Lighting Dept. The door panel shows the number 135 and in the diamond the words City of Grand Rapids Michigan. The building is brick with windows on the upper floor, and windows and an overhead door on the ground level.

- A snowy photograph of the new storage and fertilizer building at the City Water Filtration Plant located at 1430 Monroe Ave N.W. The brick building has multiple windows on the front. Several piles of dirt wait to be bulldzoed and landscaped.

- Description:
- Plaque reads: "The Bronze Bell was taken from the old Lansing Hall clock tower, when the building was torn down in 1959... It weighs 3425 lbs. - 60% heavier than the Liberty Bell. ...It was cast in 1896." It was moved to the Old Presque Isle Lighthouse after being salvaged from the demolition heap of Lansing's old city hall. The Stebbins family of Lansing owned the lighthouse and a nearby resort, and had used other salvaged materials from Lansing building demolitions to restore the lighthouse as well.
