- Dinner menu card from the Hotel Pontchartrain dated, Thursday, February 14, 1918. The recto lists meal options under the headers, "Oysters," "Hors d'oeuvres," "Soups," "Fish," "Special Selections," "Vegetables," "Salads," "Desserts," "Ice Cream," "Fruit," "Cheese," and "Coffee." Wartime meal stipulations are printed across the top, along with the War Savings Stamp logo: The United States Food Administration has decreed one meatless meal and one wheatless meal every day, also the use of no Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Veal, or Pork on Tuesday, no White Wheat Flour, on Monday and Wednesday and no Pork of any description on Saturday. Breakfast is hereby designated as the meatless meal and Dinner as the wheatless meal. The verso is printed with an image of a flag and a passage discussing the Hotel Pontchartrain's involvement in the United States Food Administration's conservation plan.

- Menu and program booklet for Christmas dinner at the Wayne Hotel on Wednesday, December 25, 1907. The cover is wrapped in a sheet of onionskin paper, printed with "Merry Christmas 1907." The cover underneath bears an illustration of Santa Claus steering his sleight on the land across a snowy landscape, above an insert showing a child standing beside a fireplace. Within, the songs and dances to be performed are listed, along with a dinner menu.

- Menu booklet from the Seventh Annual Banquet of the Iota Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi held at the Russell House on December 26, 1901. The menu consists of four leaves of paper bound between two sheets of off-white cardstock with a burgundy ribbon. The Iota Chapter logo along with an engraving of birds flying against a cloudy background are on the cover. The menu, toasts, and a list of the fraternity brothers by year are contained within.

Willard is listed at the Detroit Opera House. The minstrel show of Primrose and Dockstader is at the Lyceum Theatre. "High Class Vaudeville" is available at the Avenue Theatre.

In addition to dinner options the menu also contains a program of selections to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra under the direction of L. Alberti, as well as a list of "Amusements Tonight" at nearby theaters. "Cardinal," featuring E.S. Willard is listed at the Detroit Opera House. The minstrel show of Primrose and Dockstader is at the Lyceum Theatre. Florence Bindley and Vaudeville is available at the Avenue Theatre.
