- Black and white photograph of the cafe within the Russell House. A partially open wooden door with a leaded glass window is on the left. Against the wall to the right of the door is a dining table beneath a white table cloth. Glassware and plates are on the table. The table is surrounded by two chairs with leather upholstery on the seat and backrest, as well as a third chair with a triangular seat, and a semi-circular piece that extends around the chair to serve both as the arm rests and the back rest. The walls consist of tiled panels between wooden molding. Above the molding, a mounted deer's head, a mirror, and painted banner motifs bearing the text, "Bid them cover the table, serve in the meat," decorate the upper portions of the wall. The recto is signed with the initials, "F.S." "Russell House," is handwritten on the verso.

- Menu booklet from the Third Annual Banquet of the Iota Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi at the Russell House on December 17, 1897. The menu consists of four paper leafs bound into a half-folded white cardstock cover with lacy white ribbon. The Iota Chapter of Gamma Delta Psi symbol, silver laurels, and an illustration of a burning torch are printed on the cover. The menu, a list of toasts, and a list of fraternity brothers by year are contained within.

- Breakfast menu card from the Russell House, dated Thursday, December 19, 1901 with a tear-off postcard attached at the top. The card is printed on beige paper, with an image of the hotel's crest beside a small half-tone head-and-shoulders portrait photo of D.W.H. Moreland flanked by a color illustration of a man and woman standing beside opposite ends of a horse-drawn carriage, providing the face of the postcard. The menu is printed in green below. Mailing instructions, and space for addresses and stamps are provided on the verso.

- Card serving as a memento or invitation to the Centennial Anniversary of Scottish writer Sir Walter Scott held at the Russell House on August 15, 1871. The cover is printed with a half-tone portrait of George Washington, a green embossed image of the hotel's crest, and as a border composed of cherry trees, cherries, and axes. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner options are listed within along with a program of musical selections to be performed by the Russell House Orchestra.

- Black and white photograph taken in the main dining room of the Russell House. Three archways extend into small alcoves that contain a single dining table. A wooden railing, topped with a potted plant, extends across the left half of the opening beneath each arch. The opening beside each railing is flanked by a leather upholstered chair on the right, and a small table holding a basin on the left. A wooden column with an octagonal base supports a ceiling beam that extends out from between the two arches nearest to the camera. China is displayed along the tops of the molding around the room. The recto is signed with the initials, "F.S." "Russell House," is handwritten on the verso.

The booklet consists of four leafs of cardstock bound with blue cord. The cover is printed with an engraving by the Calvert Lithographing Company of a group of steamships gathered on the Detroit River with the city's skyline in the background, including the Fort Street Union Depot, the Fort Street Presbyterian Church, the Federal Building and Post Office, City Hall, the Majestic Building. A list of officers, the menu, a list of toasts, and a program of musical selections to be performed are contained within.
