Rome; Lamps; Glaze; Clay (unfired)

Notes:

Fine pale buff clay with traces of dark brown glaze. Long rounded nozzle flanked by double volutes whichdo not encroach on rim. Rim is series of mouldings and grooves descending to plain almost flat center. Ring handle broken (may have had attachment?). Base ring set off by grooves. Left side of body of lamp broken.
