200 block of North Washington Avenue. The Capitol Theater is visible in the background. The marquee lists the "Sunshine Revue" which was a Vaudeville show that played in Lansing multiple times in the early 1920s in different theaters. It was at the Capitol Theater in May and June, 1924.
