Postcard of Monroe Street
- Notes:
- The Wallace Block, named for builder Daniel Wallace, whose family owned other buildings in Saline area. Photo shows fire garage to left and on second floor was the Opera House. The postcard is postmarked 1914. Although the postcard caption is Monroe Street, the photo appears to be Adrian Street instead.; The Methodist Parsonage and Church can be seen to the right. The fire bell now in Curtiss Park was located on the roof above the fire garage.
