Dunbar commentary

Description:
In an installment of "Dunbar commentary," Dr. Willis Dunbar describes the controversy surrounding Loyalty Oaths which the University of California requires its professors to sign. Dunbar says the crux of the problem is the addition to the oath of language about Communism and the Communist party. He also says that a compromise has been reached between the faculty who protested the changes and the university's Board of Regents.
