One plan sheet entitled, "Framing Plan." The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a starboard side interior profile view of the hull framing arrangement of the Army Corps of Engineers tugboat, Manitowoc. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing (Hull No. 30) was prepared by the "Manitowoc Dry Dock Company" at a scale of 3/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated December 7, 1909. The plan number is shown as "5006."
