Band leader Terry Carroll describes the universal appeal of Burns. Matheson says Burns's work "represents the very best of Scotland". He reads an excerpt from Burns's poem "Address to a Haggis". Matheson is interviewed by Doug Johnson for the show "State Edition" on WUOM hosted by Roger Adams.
