The poster shows a color drawing of a Red Cross nurse who is tending to a group of small children. The artist's last name, "Crisp," can be seen near the center left edge of the drawing. A Red Cross is shown at the bottom of the poster along with printed text that shows "War Fund Week, One Hundred Million Dollars, May 20th - 27th." Small printed text in the lower right corner shows "Form N.Y. 20, Second War Fund."
