Women's dress from the nineteenth century

Description:

Women's dress. Black and white striped cotton. two piece. Long full skirt. Gathered at waist by drawstring. Ruffle attached near bottom. Skirt edged with black binding tape around bottom. Top is long, over blouse fitted at waist. Narrow stand-up collar. Long fitted sleeves. End of sleeves and bottom edge of blouse trimmed with ruffle of same material. Buttons all the way down the front. Round black buttons with faceted surfaces.
