Sepia-toned photograph depicting the manufacture of the "pattern" Eagle Boat, viewed from an elevetated position looking stern to bow, at the Ford Highland Park Factory. This boat served as the pattern for all other Eagle Boats to be manufactured at the Ford Rouge Complex. This boat, after completion, was then disassembled and each was part given a code number and then used as a template for the other Eagle Boats. Lower right hand corner shows photo number and date of photo: 22482-6-19-18. Photo mounted on a linen backing.
