Description:
President Franklin Roosevelt's twelfth State of the Union Address, delivered over the radio. He asks congress to both amend the Selective Service Act to provide for induction of nurses into the armed forces and enact legislation to put use IV-4 men (unfit for military service) to use. Roosevelt also puts forth his economic bill of rights, which emphasizes a man's right to work.
