Inscribed on photo back: 4-cylinder, 18-horsepower, 112-inch wheelbase, special taxicab, with fully collapsible roof having solid quarters, 1908/1909 type radiator cap, Packard solar headlamps, 3 screws on concave sides of bulge at top, headlamp bracket cross bar, 1 at gear/brake lever, non-standard body, special fenders, folding trunk rack at rear, photographed at Packard Works, East Grand Blvd., Detroit, Mich.
