General Arrangement

Description:

One plan sheet showing "General Arrangement" for the steamship, Lake Haresti (and sister ships). The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a starboard side exterior profile view and also deck plan views for the proposed steamship. A table in the upper right corner of the sheet lists hull numbers 105 through 122 and shows the vessel names for this group of steamships. These ships were built for the United States Shipping Board, Emergency Fleet Corporation (EFC). The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building Co." at a scale of 1/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated March 28, 1919. The plan number is shown as "4300."
