Description:

Was originally Mead's Hall. The portion on the right, marked vacant, 118 North Washington Avenue, was occupied by the Garden Theater after its days as Mead's Hall. Mac's Cigars and Tobacco was at 120 North Washington Avenue. City Planning Division staff notations are on the photo. One of two variants.
