Photograph of East Campus of Western State Normal School from across Oakland Drive. View, looking southeast, features the Administration Building with Gymnasium addition, Science Hall, and the Heating Plant with smokestack. The Administration Building was completed and occupied in 1905. By 1909 two wings were added: the Training School and the Gymnasium. Later, the three buildings were renamed East Hall. The Science Building opened in 1915 and later was renamed West Hall. East Campus renamed in use into the 1950s. It was later known as Historic East Campus.
