Notes:

Concentric fold projects around top of vessel, just below rim. Convex sides taper down to meet ring base. bottom has sharp conical kick that extends up into vessel; short cylinder attached to raised kick on inside, probably for wick. Ring base (not applied, but part of original blown glass blob) flares out from bottom, with short rounded sides. Pontil mark. Two stress cracks, bubbling and crizzling throught.
