Maplewood School or Cherry Street School

Description:

Children seated at desks reading, some seated in a circle at the front, while a teacher watches. A "Thrift Honor Room" banner hangs on the classroom door. There were 11 slides in a box labeled "Maplewood-Cherry." Nothing on the individual slides distinguishes which images were taken at which school. Cherry Street School was located in the 400 block of South Cherry Street. Maplewood School was in the 2200 block of South Cedar Street.
