- Dinner menu card from the Hotel Pontchartrain dated, Thursday, February 14, 1918. The recto lists meal options under the headers, "Oysters," "Hors d'oeuvres," "Soups," "Fish," "Special Selections," "Vegetables," "Salads," "Desserts," "Ice Cream," "Fruit," "Cheese," and "Coffee." Wartime meal stipulations are printed across the top, along with the War Savings Stamp logo: The United States Food Administration has decreed one meatless meal and one wheatless meal every day, also the use of no Beef, Lamb, Mutton, Veal, or Pork on Tuesday, no White Wheat Flour, on Monday and Wednesday and no Pork of any description on Saturday. Breakfast is hereby designated as the meatless meal and Dinner as the wheatless meal. The verso is printed with an image of a flag and a passage discussing the Hotel Pontchartrain's involvement in the United States Food Administration's conservation plan.

- Menu from the Annual Banquet of the Association of the Survivors of the First Michigan Infantry held at the Russell House on June 27, 1905, the 43rd anniversary of the Battle of Gaines's Mill. The menu consists of a half-folded sheet of paper bound with red, white, and blue ribbon and white cord in a half-folded piece of beige cardstock. The cover is printed with portrait photographs of General Ira C. Abbott, and Major George C. Hopper, beneath a red cross pattée. In addition to meal options, the menu also lists a series of toasts, as well as the words to the poem "The Last Grand Rally: Then and Now" by J.W. Walsh. An image of an American flag surrounded by an embossed gold border is on the back cover.

- One copyright registration, "No. 9561 G," dated August 19, 1876, issued by the "Library of Congress, Copyright Office, Washington." The registration form is printed in black text on white paper and includes blank lines that have been completed in handwritten black ink text. It indicates that a copyright was issued to the Richmond & Backus Company of Detroit for a "Book or Form" which is described in more specific detail in handwritten text. The registration form was signed in the lower right corner by "A. R. [Ainsworth Rand] Spofford, Librarian of Congress." An oval-shaped embossed seal of the Copyright Office is located in the upper left corner of the form.

Weber & Co., Dealers in Lumber, Shingles, Etc., and Manufacturers of Doors, Sash, Blinds, Etc., 300 Gratiot Ave." The postcard is addressed in handwritten pencil text to "Miss Madge Maybury, Tampa, Florida." The verso has a handwritten pencil message that is dated March 26, 1891, and reads "Dear Madge Ma[y]bury, How is Aunt Sate? Are you all well? Jim Dandy has the grip[pe]. I hope Aunt Sat[e] will be better in a few days, don't you. I suppose you do. I can't think of enough to tell you but I try to think of some thing. Momma and Papa seemed to be happy when they were home. I can not thing [think] of any thing mor[e] so good by[e]. From Jimmie. Answer soon."
