- One letter, dated February 13, 1909, from Fleet Falconer Williams & Bovey, of Montreal, to Messrs. Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Company, of Buffalo. The letter is typewritten in blue ink on white paper that is watermarked "Superfine Linen Record" and has a shield emblem. The letter is a response to a previous letter from Dunbar & Sullivan concerning issuance of stock shares in the Abbey Effervescent Salt Company. An attached carbon copy letter dated February 20, 1909, from Dunbar & Sullivan seeks to clarify the number of stock shares which they own in the salt company.

- "Number 18, Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co. First Mortgage, 5 Per Cent, $5000 Registered Gold Bond" (18 of 30). The bond is printed in printed in red, green, and black ink on white paper that is watermarked "Broun-Green Beaver Bond." It has a decorative engraved green border with engraved images at the top that depict Lady Liberty and other figures that represent American industry and a bountiful harvest. Black, Old-English style text shows the company name, "Dunbar & Sullivan Dredging Co." and lists the terms of the bond issuance and repayment. The bond has been signed by "Harris T. Dunbar, President," and "Frederick C. Slee, Secretary," and is dated March 15, 1904. The 20-year bonds were due for repayment on March 15, 1924. A round, embossed company seal is located near the lower left corner of the bond. The verso contains blank spaces which have handwritten text that show the date and name in whom the bond was registered along with the signature of the company Treasurer. Other handwritten text and notes showed subsequent bond ownership reassignments with signatures.

- One copy of a drawing of the "Steam Railroad Ferry for Mackinaw and Point St. Ignace." This copy is a negative image of the original drawing with line work shown in white on a dark gray background. The copy shows profile and plan views of the railroad ferry that was later named, SS Algomah (Algoma). The plan was drawn at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot by the Detroit Dry Dock Company.

The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a starboard side exterior profile view of the tugboat. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing (Hull No. 65) was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building & Dry Dock Co." at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot and is dated June 20, 1914. The plan number is shown as "2389."

The drawing consists of ink on linen and shows plan and profile views of the steering chain placement along the sides of the hull for the fire tugboat, George A. Wallace. The drawing shows the entire length of the chain from the wheel in the pilothouse back to the rudder. The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing was prepared by the "Manitowoc Ship Building & Dry Dock Co." at a scale of 3/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated May 9, 1916. The plan number is shown as "3649."

- One blueprint drawing entitled "Passenger & Freight Stmr." that shows a starboard side exterior profile view as well as plan views of the saloon deck, main deck, and hold of the proposed steamship (originally the SS Bainbridge and later the SS Algomah II). The title block in the lower right corner shows that the drawing, Plan No. 2, was prepared by the "Rice Brothers Corporation, East Boothbay, Maine." It was drawn at a scale of 1/8 inch = 1 foot and is dated Nov. 7, 1921. A table of overall dimensions is shown at the center right side of the drawing.

- One stock certificate of the "Dunbar Stone Company." The certificate, Number 2, is printed in black text on white paper that has a light gold-colored wavy line background pattern. The certificate has a decorative border with a black engraved pattern and images as well as an embossed company seal near the lower left corner. Handwritten and printed text indicates that "Oliver E. Dunbar is the owner of One (1) Share of the Capital Stock of Dunbar Stone Company." The certificate is dated November 30, 1908, and is signed by "Harris T. Dunbar, President," and "E.C. Dunbar, Secretary." The verso contains decorative green engraved borders, background patterns, and text.
