The cover features blue half-tone photos of an orchestra posing in the park's bandshell, as well as a wide view of the entire park at night, with small insert photos of Sellke and Brooks in the lower corners.

- Description:
- Contract between Finzel's Orchestra and Wolff and Son Pro. Bellers Garden for the services of sixteen musicians at the amusement park for at least fourteen weeks beginning May, 19, 1906, dated March 1st. The contract is in black printed ink on yellowed paper and has been filled in by typewriter. It stipulates a payment of $295 for six days week plus an extra $33 when they play all seven days. The contract is signed by Maurice Wolff. "Please sign and return this duplicate," is printed in the bottom left corner and a dotted black line at top suggests it was a piece of a larger perforated sheet of paper. "Wolf [sic] Park 1906," is handwritten on the verso.
