Printed on verso: Grand Circus Park is one of the many beauty spots to be found in the down-town section of the city. The park is surrounded by a number of magnificent buildings, and reading from left to right is the Michigan Conservatory of Music, Church of Our Father, Hotel Tuller, the Charlevoix Apartments and Fine Arts Building. - Color postcard depicting the TASHMOO with many people on deck. Printed on verso: THE STEAMER TASHMOO is the pride of the White Star Line. She was constructed especially for use as a river excursion boat and carries 4,000 passengers on her broad decks. The Tashmoo's regular run in from Detroit to Post Huron, passing through the Detroit River, Lake St. Clair, the St. Clair Flats and St. Clair River. At Tashmoo Park, where the steamer touches, a large picnic and dancing pavilion are maintained. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jan 30, 1911.

- Color postcard depicting people canoeing on a Belle Isle canal and people sitting and walking along the shore. In the background are industrial buildings. Printed on verso: Grand Canal, Belle Isle. - Canoeing is the leading sport at Belle Isle, Detroit's largest play-ground. Its 702 acres are threaded by many miles of canals and lakes, affording an ideal spot in which the light little craft cruise about by thousands. Band concerts are given at the city's expense during the summer afternoons and evenings and on such occasions the canoeists are present in great numbers. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Jul 12, 1910.

On Belle Isle is one of the most popular attractions on the Island. In it will be found all kind of fresh and salt water fish. The Commission brings the water direct from the ocean for the latter. - One postcard entitled "Belle Isle Pleasure Boat, Detroit, Mich." The postcard shows a color photographic image of the Belle Isle ferry boat, "Pleasure," docked at the foot of Woodward Avenue. The image shows a starboard side bow view of the ferry which has many passengers standing on the decks. The dock and buildings can be seen in the right background. Printed text on the verso shows details about the boat which was operated by the Detroit, Belle Isle, and Windsor Ferry Company.
