- A damaged Olds Motor Vehicle Co. letterhead envelope which has been pasted to a sheet of blank paper. The envelope includes a vignette of the 1897 Olds car with passengers. The return address has been marked out and replaced with "A. C. Stebbins" and the letter is addressed to Stowell C. Stebbins in New York City. It is postmarked July 20, 1900.

- Original parade photograph of an 1897 Olds towing a wagon float with a horse, advertising Olds Gasoline Engines, "Engines Below." R. E. Olds is in the driver's seat with his daughter in the back of the '97 Olds. Possibly the earliest known image of the 1897 gas powered motor vehicle and its inventor. If the date on the back of the photograph is correct, it was taken five days before the Olds Motor Vehicle Company, the first organized auto manufacturer in the state of Michigan, would be formed.

- An original cabinet card taken by Lansing photographers Cassey and Riley in about 1892, showing a young R. E. Olds at the steering lever of his second self-propelled vehicle. (His first was constructed by him in 1886-1887). The passenger is not identified. On the back is a typed pasted-on note: "Second car built by RE Olds - later sold to a firm in Bombay, India."
