- The Kluwe House stood on north side of US-12 between the Volz House and Kluwe Tavern and Truck Stop. House and tavern were on or next to the last Leutheuser Restaurant site. It later became Arbor Drugs and then CVS Drugs in 2000.; The red car visible in the lower part of the photo is a Volkswagon Beetle with a 1968 Michigan license plate.

- Donated by Doug Elfring. Students in a classroom facing the teacher. Math class. Teacher, on left, is Beatrice McLaren. There is a female student in a white blouse, Elaine Rogers. The next student is Jim cook, his head is just above a stack of papers. In the foreground, there is a boy with his hand on a book, smiling at the teacher, Bob Leutheuser. Kay Meske is seated, her head is visible behind the books, and she is wearing a scarf. Joyce White is next to her, with her hand in the air. Then Lois Finch. On the far right, Marilyn Murray, her dress buttons in front. In row 3, several students are indistinct. Marge Tower, then Jim Gleason in back row. Dorothy Marion is in the back with her hand up.

- The Rentschler Farm was purchased from Warren and Marilyn Rentschler in 1997 for $200,000. The Historical Society opened the farm museum on May 8, 1999 with a lease from the City.
