It reads, "Office of the Street Car Employes' Association, 56 and 57 Kanter Building, Detroit Mich., Oct. 14, 1893. GRAND RALLY. TO ALL STREET CAR MEN OF DETROIT, There will be a Meeting of the Street Car Employes of Detroit, at Fraternity Hall, at 12 o'clock Tonight, SATURDAY, OCTOBER 14, 1893.
