Additional text, "The Detroit News Building, Exclusive of its garage, Occupies a Full City Block". Description on back "Founded in 1873 by James Edmund Scripps, The Detroit News has become one of the foremost newspapers in America, and occupies the largest as well as the most completely and modernly equipped newspaper manufactory in the world. It now occupies a full city block. 300 by 280 feet, and has in addition, a 200 car garage in an adjoining block across the road. - Color-tinted postcard image of an arched stone bridge on Belle Isle in Detroit. Many people in canoes, on the shore and the bridge. Description on back: Bridge, Belle Isle, Detroit. Mich. This scene represents one of the many bridges on Belle Isle. The main sport is canoeing and when Band Concerts are in progress during the summer month, hundreds of canoes can be seen on the different canals. Printed by C.T. American Art (A-2726). (circa 1920)

- Color-tinted postcard image of large frozen fountain with trees in the foreground and a building in the background. Description on back, "1418--Ice Fountain, Washington Boulevard. One of the unique features of Detroit in winter is the famous ice fountain on Washington Boulevard. Several jets of water are allowed to play all winter, and the result is a massive berg of ice which sometimes reaches a height of nearly thirty feet and contains many tones of crystal.
