Several additional pages bearing a passage entitled "One Way to Study the Materia Medica," by Lawrence M. Stanton, M.D. have been pinned to the inside cover. "W. Robert Wilson," has been handwritten at the top of the front cover. The cover is held on by three stripes of tape.
