81. Women's black satin mules from the 1920s

Description:
Woman's black satin mules with gold satin lining, and a varied-colored silk ribbon embroidered floral design on front of each slipper. The mules have a pointed French toe. Said to have belonged to Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ford. Possibly purchased in France.

83. Women's cream-color satin pumps from the early twentieth century

Description:
A pair of woman's cream-color satin pumps with a one inch high heel. The shoes are lined with white kid, and have "bumpy" rounded toes. They are decorated with cream-color, crepe-covered oval decorations with clear glass beads. Labels: R.H. Fyfe and Detroit.

84. Women's black satin and suede shoes from the 1920s

Description:
A pair of woman's shoes made of black satin and suede. The instep has a cut out cut out design with strips that loop over a piece of elastic across instep. A circular rhinestone clip is on the edge of each instep. The 2 3/4" heels are entirely studded with rhinestones. Labeled Vanite DeLuxe.

85. Women's black and white wool tweed coat from the 1950s or 60s

Description:
Woman's black and white wool tweed coat with an all-in-one collar and lapels that turn into a single button closure coat. Red wool is used for the lining, and is the trim at the side front pleats. The coat has semi-raglan sleeves, and right and left inseam pockets. Labels: Pauline Trigere, and Margaret Rice, Grosse Pte, Mich.

86. Black wool knit Women's chemise from the 1960s or 70s

Description:
This black wool knit woman's chemise is slightly fitted but has no waist. The cap sleeves have indentations and square gussets at the armholes. There is fringed suede around the neck and down the front on either side of a heavy zipper reaching to above waist level. A concealed zipper closure runs down the back of the dress. Label: " Pierre Cardin, Paris, New York" Also instructions for the care of leather.

88. Evening dress of velveteen and printed cotton from the 1960s

Description:
Woman's evening dress of velveteen and printed cotton is above the knee in length, and has an empire waist and a deep V-neck. The bodice is a solid wine colored velveteen with full sleeves. The full gathered skirt is made of velvet cut in quilt blocks with half of each block a bright cotton print of green, red, blue, yellow and white. It is lined in wine taffeta Label: "Gayle Kirkpatrick, New York"

Description:
A pair of woman's leaf green faille pumps. The shoes have leather soles and a leather inner lining. They have a slightly rounded toe, medium French heel, and are very plain. The vamp comes to a point, and the side seam is topstitched. Stamped: Garside, New York, McBryde Boot Shop, Det. The pumps are worn with matching stockings 5B.

90. Women's golden brown plush cloak from the nineteenth century

Description:
This woman's golden brown plush cloak was purchased at Newcomb Endicott. The ankle length coat is single breasted with twelve mother of pearl buttons. Tight sleeves with slight puff at shoulder, rounded stand-up collar edged with rust color ostrich feathers. Shaped for bustle in the back, and slit from hem to waist. Yoke, sleeves, front, slit, and hem are decorated with black braid in an elaborate pattern. Lined with brown satin. Worn by donor's cousin, Augusta D. Von Schrader, a Detroit schoolteacher. Fur Trim. Au Bon Marche.
