- Jaimy Gordon, professor of creative writing at Western Michigan University, talks about her recent writings and and future projects. She describes writing the underground fantasy classic "Shamp of the City-Solo", a semi-autobiographical novel, and what influenced her. Gordon also talks about how she writes and where she finds material and describes the influences in her latest novel "Bogeywoman". Gordon says that she feels constrained by poetry as an art form, but desires to write lyrical poems.
