- One mortgage discharge, dated August 12, 1924, that was issued by the Peoples State Bank of Detroit. The discharge form was printed in black text on white paper with blank lines that were completed in black typewritten text. The discharge indicated that a previous mortgage made by the Gregory, Mayer & Thom Company of Detroit on Febrary 14, 1914, had been "fully paid, satisfied, and discharged." The form was signed by two bank officers and embossed with the bank seal. It was also recorded in Liber 360, Page 264, at the Register's Office of Wayne County.

The form was signed by two bank officers and two witnesses and was recorded at the Wayne County Register's Office in Liber 261, Page 370, on February 1, 1923.
