- Color postcard depicting the Union Trust and Hammond Buildings from the corner of Griswold and Congress Streets. Printed on verso: Union Trust and Hammond Buildings. Two of the best known office structures in the city are shown in this picture, the Union Trust Building in the foreground, and the Hammond Building on the left. The former is one of the solidest structures in the city, and was finished in 1896 at a cost of $500,000. It is owned by the company whose name it bears. It has two marble stairways and includes 250 suites of offices. The two buildings occupy the entire frontage on Griswold St. between Fort and Congress. Handwritten message on verso reads, "I think you are a fraud." Postmarked from Sept. 22, 1920.

- 6-page letter written by Michael W. O'Brien, President of Peoples Savings Bank. It is a blue carbon copy which was typewritten onto slightly yellowed, thin linen paper. The last page is signed in black ink, "M. W. O'Brien, " and is dated December 31, 1900. Most of the pages have several handwritten corrections that have been made in black ink. The body of the letter generally discusses past and present banking practices and laws in Michigan.

- Color postcard depicting an elevated view of the Dime Building on the corner of Griswold and W Fort Streets. Printed on verso: Dime Bank Bldg., Detroit, Mich. The Dime Savings Bank Bldg., Cor. Of Fort St West and Griswold St. is erected on the site formerly occupied by the Walker Bldg. For many years a Baptists church occupied this plot. This is one of the finest skyscrapers in the country, of ornate design and twenty-two stories in height. The building cost $1,500,000. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Aug 12, 1913.

- Color postcard depicting the Home Savings Bank on the corner Michigan Avenue and Griswold Street. Printed on verso: The Home Savings Bank Building - Corner of Michigan Avenue and Griswold street, was erected in 1893 and is eight stories high. The handsome offices of the bank occupy the entire lower floor, the rest of the building being devoted entirely to offices. Handwritten message on verso, postmarked Dec 30, 1911.

- Three dollar bill issued by the Bank of Macomb County. The bill is numbered 1581, dated April 5, 1858, and signed by bank cashier R.E. Graves and President H.C. Kibbe. The bill is printed on the recto with engraved images of a woman in classical dress holding a sickle and seated beside a bundle of harvested wheat, a plow, and livestock; a seated Native American holding a rifle, a Native American paddling a canoe, and a cow all credited to Rawdon, Wright, Haten, and Edson of New York. The verso is printed only with the text, "Three," backwards.
