- Located at 100 Washington Square Mall looking to the southeast. The One Michigan Avenue building was completed in 1983. Despite its name, its formal address is on North Washington Square. The photo was taken during the period when the street was replaced by a pedestrian mall.

- A street scene showing the Lansing State Savings Bank, Otto Ziegler Cigars, and the Imes Studio (2nd floor) at 101-103 South Washington Avenue. The intersection at left is with Michigan Avenue. Looking down, Briggs Real Estate and the Colonial Theatre can be seen.

- Located on Washington Avenue South at Michigan Avenue East. The lower four levels of the bank building are seen from South Washington Avenue. Signs are seen for several stores on the south side of the 100 block of East Michigan Avenue. City Planning Division staff notations are present.

- From the left are seen Cunningham Drugs on the street level of the Prudden Building with its entry off West Michigan Avenue, Archy's Lounge, House of Beef, and Hotel Olds on the south side. On the north side are seen the Bank of Lansing, Western Union, Jury-Rowe and the Lansing Police Headquarters. City Planning Division staff annotated the photo and cut off one corner. One of two variants.
