- “Edward A. Hyer, Grand Rapids Public Museum, 1928 (?)”. Taxidermy exhibit. A man dressed in suit and tie is seated on the end of a large worktable at the far end of a room beside a stuffed Canada goose. There is an open wooden folding chair near the man. A pheasant stands on a smaller table nearby. On the back wall behind the man is a door and another large aperture. Other tables in the room contain birds in progress, and the sides of the room are lined with glass cases in which can be seen finished ducks, geese, and owls.
