Fyfe, Bethune Duffield, Charles A. Warren (taken from another photo and inserted into this one as if he were kneeling behind the chair), Marshall Godfrey, and William Livingstone, Jr. The photo is mounted on brown cardstock.

The check, printed by the Calvert Lithographing Company, originally read, "Michigan Savings Bank of Detroit," however "Michigan," was crossed out and replaced with "Dime." The check is stamped "paid."
