In each category the member names are listed along with an accounting of their membership dues. Firemen are listed in groups depending on which fire house they were stationed at.

- This collection consists of approximately 320 photographs from Lansing Civilian Defense preparedness activities, circa 1942 to 1944. Subjects include training and preparation for air raids, bombing, and blackouts; fundraising and recycling; Red Cross and medical preparation; communications including homing pigeons; public safety, police, and fire; vocational education; the draft; parades; and other related activities. The Civilian Defense Control Center was located in the old City Hall on the northeast corner of Capitol and Ottawa avenues.
