Richmond, parties of the first part and Freund & Kast Co., Adolph Freund, Gustavus Kast, S. T------, parties of the second part. The agreement is printed in black text on a sheet of white paper. Blank lines have been completed in handwritten black text. The text indicated that the parties of the first part were leasing rooms in a building located at 183 Jefferson Avenue, to the parties of the second part for two years for a total amount of $400.00. All parties have signed their names at the end of the lease agreement in the presence of two witnesses, "N. North Nay" and "Ignatz Freund."
