A decorative red heart is shown in the background. Small printed text at the lower edge of the collar shows "Painting Only, Copyrighted by Wolf & Co., 1909. Printed in Germany." The verso has black printed text that shows "Compliments of E. J. Hickey Company, 201-203 Woodward Ave., Detroit." The name, "Gretchen Nagel," is handwritten on the verso.
