- A group of small cottages at the entrance to Pine Lake amusement park. Two unidentified men are in the center. Written on the photograph: "J. A. Brusselbach cottages at Park entrance." J. A. Brusselbach (later Russel) operated concessions at the park in addition to a grocery store at 2000 East Michigan Avenue in Lansing.

- A photograph showing several of the concession stands in the woods at Pine Lake amusement park, taken in about 1915. The man standing at left near the carousel is likely Joseph A. Brusselbach, who changed his name to Joseph A. Russel in 1918.
