Metal plates are leaned inside of bins along the sides of the aisle. A group of people are gathered in the aisle in the distance. Hats and lunch boxes are stored atop a coat rack behind one of the bins on the left. In the background on the left, Eagle Boat No. 54 is under construction in the adjacent aisle. Its starboard quarter is to the camera. Scaffolding surrounds its hull, and a worker stands on its deck. - Monochromatic glass plate negative taken of the Canada Steamship Lines' Northern Navigation Company passenger steamers NORONIC and HURONIC docked in Port Huron, as taken from on the St. Clair River off of the port bows of both boats. Port Huron is visible extending from the left side of the frame into the background. "Port Huron - S. Str. W.H., 1915," was handwritten on the envelope which previously housed the negative.

- Black and white photograph taken overlooking work to convert building "B" of the Ford River Rouge Factory Complex from manufacture of Eagle Boats to that of automobiles. Workers fill in the strips along the center of the aisles where the tracks that supported the boat's carriages ran, so that they can be replaced with tracks for automotive assembly lines. Piles of dirt and wood run along the open strips. "26782-5-27-19," is printed in the lower right corner of the recto, and "3C-2," is handwritten on the verso. The photo is mounted on a linen backing.
