- Pocket-sized 1902 calendar published by the World's Dispensary Medical Association, filled with advertisements about the group's medicines. The cover bears a black and white illustration of a woman in a fancy dress sitting at a writing desk. The January/February page has been filled out with what appears to be an inventory of fabrics, patterns, and sewing notions. A newspaper clipping concerning a sidewalk paving ordinance, dated August 11, 1903, has been pinned to the March/April page.

- Frederick Stearns and Company invoice for "4 dz. tar & cherry 25¢," "2 dz. white pine expectorant 25¢," and "b. list and calendar," sold to P.J. Winn and Company of Fork Union, Virginia for $8.25, on April 13, 1892. The invoice is printed on letterhead including lithographs of Frederick Stearns and Company's Detroit laboratory and a coat of arms with a shield divided party per chevron and charged with three crosses, and a bird as a crest. The letterhead lists Frederick K. Stearns as the president, Frank C. McLaughlin as the vice president and treasurer, and Thomas Bennett as the secretary. The listing of Mark L. Dunning as the treasurer has been redacted beneath a red stamp. "Bill F. Stearns & Co. Enclosed," has been handwritten on the verso.

Nine hospital buildings are pictured in the background, with a flag pole standing between the third and fourth buildings from the left. Printed text underneath the image reads "Calvert & Co. Lith. Detroit." Mounted on cardboard.
