- ***Indexing for this series is not yet complete; please contact the library if you do not see your street listed.*** This series of the Stebbins Real Estate Collection is the main portion of real estate records, including over 300 boxes of address files. Materials are organized by street address. A typical address file will include at least one of the following: -Photograph of property -Negative (usually Kodak Brownie format) of property -Sales listing card, detailing the structure, lot, location, any notes on showing the property for agents, notes on sale price and date. The sales listing cards usually have a half-tone photograph of the property on the reverse. -Newspaper clippings (classified advertisements or articles) -Sales agent solicitation records -Rental property information -Vacant property information Occasionally odd items such as a housekey have been found in the files. The large files series sometimes contains files for addresses that are represented in this series, so it is best to check both locations.
