President Obama tells reporters that he doesn't expect President-elect Trump to follow his foreign policy blueprint, but challenges Trump to stand up to Russia if they deviate from U.S. values and international norms. He also says Trump ran an "unconventional campaign" that was likely the biggest political upset in modern American history. Merkel's remarks are translated into English.
