- An oral history from Maxwell E. Murninghan, a former City Council member and Mayor of Lansing who had involvements with the printing industry and real estate. Mr. Murninghan was interviewed by Joanne Jager at the Lansing Public Library on November 5, 1990. A transcript for this recording has not been completed.

- In an episode of "This is Kalamazoo," Mayor Paul Todd discusses topics covered in the annual meeting of the United States Conference of Mayors. Todd speaks in detail about housing projects in New York City and the relationship between "slums" and problem areas for police, land use in the Netherlands, a scientific presentation concerning the future of atomic bombs, civilian defense, and the future of the Soviet Union.

- In this photo the Morlock quadruplets are pictured in the backyard of Peter Gray's home in Jackson, Michigan. The order of the quadruplets is Edna, Sarah, Wilma, Helen. They are pictured with the wife of Jackson Prison and Mrs. McCullough, her friend. Two copies.

- This collection was created by John Sherwood Bennett. He was born on October 18, 1848 in London, England. He arrived in the U.S. by port of New Orleans on November 28, 1853 at age 5. He died on July 25, 1929 in Lansing, MI. John married Sarah in 1873 who was born in 1853 in England and died in 1923. He is buried at Mt. Hope cemetery and was mayor of Lansing from 1908-1911. The collection contains bankbooks, advertisements, correspondence, ledgers, masonic materials, photographs, poems, and receipts.
