- A photograph of an invitation for a Fourth of July Ball held at the Pavilion Hotel in Rochester. The Pavilion Hotel was built in 1839 by proprietor Elnathan Wilcox and passed through several hands, becoming the Fenner House, and later, the Comstock House. It burned down in 1880. - Description:
- Western Knitting Mills dormitory with female workers on porch. The south side of the factory is to the left. At some point, two additional dormitories were constructed on Water Street alongside this original dormitory. All three have since been demolished. The Western Knitting Mills factory was built in 1896 and produced knitted goods until 1939. The building was later owned by the McAleer Manufacturing Company, later known as the Higbie Manufacturing Company, and then ITT Higbie. In 1994 the Rochester Mills Beer Company restored the building and it now operates as a restaurant and brewery. Addressed to Mr. Frank Youngs of Flint, Michigan.
