- Photograph shows the covered bridge at Franklin Avenue, now known as East Grand River Avenue. The bridge was erected in 1853 and was swept away by a flood on April 1, 1875. Two copies.

- View of the log jam on the Grand River in 1883. A covered bridge is at the center of the photo, which has Phoenix Furniture Co. on the roofline. Crowds gather on banks as the logs are far as the eye can see.
